The client’s Terms and Conditions stipulated herein shall apply to all clients registered in “Tasweeb” App to get any type of service described on our “Services” page.
The information submitted by you on “Registration” page must be true, correct, current and complete, and shall be updated in case of any amendment thereto during the term of this Agreement.
The client shall be obliged to ensure that all submitted information of credit cards, payment or advanced payments is accurate, correct and up-to-date at all times and has the absolute authority to use this information for the purpose of paying for available services through “Tasweeb”.
The client shall be solely responsible for paying all fees incurred for the use of the services of “Tawseeb” App, including each transaction under client's account.
The client shall be responsible for compensating “Tawseeb” for any external expenses incurred by the App for providing false information, including but not limited to any charges resulting from incorrect credit card information, fees incurred under client's account or disputed in violation of this Agreement.
The client may pay an additional fee for transferring from any currency other than US Dollar to US Dollar, or by using a credit card or a SADAD account, while these commissions are not beneficial to “Tawseeb” and has nothing to do with them.
The client shall have the right to deposit a reserve amount in his wallet linked to his account for later use.
The client can then pay for the services from this wallet in return for the service. Backups are provided by “Tasweeb” to clients to satisfy their requirements.
When a client registers a new account in “Tasweeb”, he will be required to submit a username and password.
The client shall fully be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, username, and any other account security information.
He also shall fully be responsible for all activities carried out under his username or password.
The client may not share his / her own account data, such as username or password, with any other person, at any time.
The client must immediately notify “Tasweeb” for any unauthorized use of the password, username, email address or security breach.
“Tasweeb” shall allow clients to change their password at least once per month “Tasweeb” shall not be responsible for any loss incurred by the client as a result of the use of another person's account or password, weather by his knowledge or not.
“Tasweeb” shall allow clients to review the privacy terms and conditions of sites with links in the App.
“Tasweeb” shall not be responsible for any loss or damage by the client from third party as a result of altering or discontinuing any service.
The client shall fully be responsible for any obscenity, misrepresentation, racism, plagiarism or reproduction of protected materials.
“Tasweeb” shall have the right not to provide the service to the client and not to refund the money if any clause herein is breached. Urgent tasks required by the client to be accomplished quickly shall have special prices, to be agreed with the management of "Tasweeb" App.
The client shall fully be responsible for the content, quality, delivery and final use of the document.
The client shall be responsible for accepting or rejecting changes to the document proposed by the proofreader.
The client shall be responsible for providing a valid email address communication and receive the tasks done via "Tasweeb". Our services include all services described in detail in our “Services” page.
